The difference between a substitute and a teacher By Janiya Walton Today this article is about substitute vs. teacher, many kids think just because there is a sub it’s time to pull out their phones and relax for example when some substitutes come in, when most kids see them come in the classroom and the teacher isn't here they have the tendency to misbehave. But most subs don’t know their true behavior. That’s why as soon as the teacher comes they have an instinct to stop and behave. I don’t know the science behind it but this is what most kids do. I’m not saying you do and you don’t but some can relate.
