The Bengal Tigers scientific name is \u201cPanthera Tigris Tigris.\u201d These animals can live up to 25 years old in the habitats in which they spread. Although, they average 8-10 years. These animals love living in forests. They are usually found in forests near a swamp. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Bengal Tigers coat is usually orange with black stripes. Although, there are some that have white fur with black stripes. On the bottom side of their body (the stomach area) is usually white for the tiger with an orange coat at least. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Bengal tiger is a carnivore that mostly hunts large ungulates such as chital, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sambar, nilgai, serow, and hunts less of water buffalo, and some takin. Being a carnivore means that they don\u2019t eat plants. \u00a0They hunt animals usually 20 kg, or 45 pounds.
