RED<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Red is the blood from the Stonewall riots<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Glass bottles and dreams of freedom fly in the air<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Those riots are the spark that started what we have today<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The drag queens, queers and people with mismached genders are not in the wrong <\/p>\n\n\n\n

 It is the people with strong hate that take on that role<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hope those police regret the futures that they stole<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taste The RAINBOW<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ORANGE <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orange is the youth with hopes for the better<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finding love from others and ourselves<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LGBTQIA+<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The acronym just keeps on growing <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And acceptance keeps spreading <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the youth will keep trying <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It isn’t always perfect <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We keep losing fighters every day <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I wish being yourself doesn’t sometimes lead to dismay<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taste The RAINBOW<\/p>\n\n\n\n

YELLOW<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yellow is the smiles from same gender couples and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 people who don’t fit the gender binary living who their meant to be<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The people with new found queer friends <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is the community we share and love and grow together<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No matter your walk of life <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this community we will try and protect you from strife<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taste The RAINBOW<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GREEN<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Green is for the judgment we receive <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The glares from strangers given to same gender couples holding hands<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Insensitive comments like<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThey\/them pronouns are grammatically in correct\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im sorry but sense 2017 they have been officially put in the dictionary under singular pronouns<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hold your judgment filled gaze<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just look away and go your separate ways<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taste The RAINBOW <\/p>\n\n\n\n

BLUE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blue is for the candy not yet in the pack<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stuffed away in a closet <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just waiting for the right time to come out<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe it wasn’t accepted by the others<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But blue is also the tears of the denied  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Denied by society <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s hard to be a rainbow sheep in a black and white world <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But remember in or out<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well be ready for to welcome you<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just give a shout<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taste The RAINBOW <\/p>\n\n\n\n

PURPLE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purple is the compassion<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The last piece of the puzzle <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kindness can go a long way<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who knows<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Free your colors<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It makes the world better<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trust me it shows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
