How was it created?

In 1998 Larry and Sergey had the idea for doodle. It was created when they changed their corporate logo to indicate that they were going to the burning man concert in the Nevada desert. There was a stickman figure behind the second “O” in Google. This doodle was meant to represent that the founders were “out of office.” while this was a pretty simple doodle, It was theme for Google that would go on out through the years.

Who creates the doodles and how are they chosen?

The doodles are created by a team of illustrators at Google who have made thousands of doodles we see everyday. There are chosen by a group of brainstormers at the google team who regularly try to come up with doodles for the illustrators to make. They are usually chosen by anniversaries for a famous event or person or a specific holiday.

Google Doodles have been getting better and over the years. From a stickman to a virtual reality experience. these iconic doodles are shown in are everyday lives.
